The Kelly Group currently operates five metal fabrication facilities in its four locations, allowing us to directly serve our construction operations and our specialty customers. The Kelly Group has national and global reach — with our productions going into more than 35 states and divisions worldwide.
Our facilities use carbon steels (AR 235, 300, 400, 500, Cor-Ten), stainless steels (304/304L/304H, 316L, 309/309S, 317, 321, 20Cb3, AL6XN, 904L, 410, 2205), aluminum and other alloys (253 MA, C 276, RA 333, Inconel, Hastelloy B-3). We also offer a variety of value added services such as painting, powder coating, linings and stud welding.

Drafting and 3D modeling: Conceptual design; use of AutoCAD, Navisworks and SOLIDWORKS software; measurement, material and procedural specifications; detail management
3D scanning: We use a Creaform MetraSCAN 3D hand-held optical scanner to assist with reverse engineering as well as expediting our quality inspection process. 3D scanning is utilized as part of our part approval process to ensure our fabrications meet the necessary standards.
Welding: AWS-certified welders and an AWS-QC1 certified welding inspector on staff; robotic welding; GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SMAW and SAW welding; bore welding; orbital welding of tubing; soldering; brazing; air carbon arc cutting; plasma arc cutting; oxyfuel gas cutting
